How do I redeem my Groupon?


To redeem your Groupon voucher you must use a web browser. You can use the web browser on your computer, phone or tablet.

You have a choice of receiving it by mail or by picking it up at our local office. Click on your preferred choice below:

To redeem your Groupon voucher you must use a web browser. You CANNOT use the Groupon app on your phone or tablet to redeem. You can use the web browser on your computer, phone or tablet. Click here to go to the Redemption page.

There are two fairly common mistakes when trying to redeem voucher codes:

1. You might be entering the Groupon number and not the redemption code. You must enter the redemption code, located in the center of the voucher (see example at the top of the redemption page).

2. You might be confusing the lowercase "L" (as in lizard) with the capital "I" (as in indigo) or the zero "0" and the capital letter O. To prevent this error it’s best to copy and paste the redemption code from the voucher to the redemption page (see example at the top of the redemption page).


I redeemed my Groupon already, but I haven't received my kit.


It takes approximately 7-21 days from the time you redeemed on our website depending on where you are located. We ship from Vancouver, WA via USPS.

I ordered two or more kits, but only received one.


You received a redemption code for each of your purchases from Groupon. You must redeem each code separately in order to get your kits. Please visit our redemption page to redeem your other codes.

I lost my redemption code... where did it go?


If you have inadvertently marked you voucher as redeemed through the Groupon app, you will no longer be able to print or access this Groupon code. Please contact Groupon Customer Support at (888) 664-4482, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm Central Time for assistance.

Do I need to make an appointment or check kit availability before I pick up my whitening kit?


No, you do not need to make an appointment or check availability to pick up your kit. To check location hours, please visit http://whitesmilecentral.com/locations.php and select your location.

What Hours is the office open to pick up the kits?


Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Is it possible to cancel my shipment and pick up my kit?


Once you redeem your kit for delivery on our website, we process your order that day, so your package has already shipped. Depending on where you are located, it takes approximately 7-21 days from the time you redeemed on our website to receive your kit.

Does the whitening kit work on veneers, bonding, etc.?


Teeth whitening will not work on artificial dental work including crowns, veneers or composite fillings. The gel will only whiten natural teeth.

Groupon orders take approximately 7-21 days to arrive from the time you redeemed on our website. Orders from our online store take approximately 2-8 days to arrive. We ship from Vancouver, WA.

Who should NOT use home whitening kits


Do not use if you: are pregnant/nursing, have poor dental health (decaying teeth, exposed roots, gum disease), wear braces, had recent oral surgery, or are allergic to peroxide. At-home treatments carry minor risks, and you should consult your dentist. Some people will experience reversible minor toth sensitivity or gum irritation. This will disappear: 1) Within a few days after discontinuing use; 2) Decreasing the length of your bleaching sessions; or 3) Increasing the amount of time between bleaching sessions; or 4) Using the remineralizing gel more often.

Discontinue use if you feel a sharp pain in a tooth that lasts more than a few seconds, and consult with your dentist immediately.
